Progress: taking more time than we thought
Should be mostly done by 8/10 meeting
- then we divide it up for PR

Workshops: confirmed (vol mgt and fundraising, PR and outreach)

update: contacted several groups - august is hard
Sept: second harvest food distribution,
dates: Sept 9, time and location tba, aiming for the afternoon

6. NGO matsuri - Sept 10
what PSC wants to do (activities and space decoration)
possible ideas/need to confirm space usage.
l have 2 or 3 30 min session on NGO English
